The Hope Marietta Foundation was formed to celebrate the life of Hope Marietta Armiger. Hope passed away from complex congenital heart defects and other complications at the young age of 15 days old. She will have forever touched the life of many in her short time with us.
The Hope Marietta Foundation has focused our charitable efforts on two main approaches:
Charitable Fund Raising: It is one of our focuses to dedicate our efforts to raising charitable funds for larger more established charitable organizations who are better positioned to fund research that will help us fight congenital heart defects. The Hope Marietta Foundation has pledged our first year of our total net proceeds to the Children’s Heart Foundation, the only organization that was created to exclusively fund congenital heart defect research. For more information on their tremendous efforts, please visit www.childrensheartfoundation.org.
Community Support & Involvement: Another focus of our efforts is to interact and support those in need within our immediate community. It is our endeavor to facilitate volunteer efforts and charitable giving which will directly impact our community by helping members within it who are less fortunate.
One important component we never forget is fun. We structure every event and effort around this important factor, and we promise there will be no shortage of it. Charitable efforts should be both rewarding and enjoyable, and we have found the perfect mix!
